Deaf Services Canada is seeking four full-time Employment Support Specialists! One each in Peel & York, Toronto, Ottawa, and Oshawa.
The role focuses on employment services, supporting Deaf clients who use ASL in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining meaningful employment. It also includes broader community support responsibilities to address barriers impacting employment outcomes.
The role aligns with the Service System Manager’s Integrated Employment Services model, requiring a person-centred, outcome-focused approach to employment support, employer engagement, and system navigation.
